As an experienced Realtor with many years of service in a large company, I have taken the professional leap and opened my own small company, DeVaney Realty. My loyal clients and professional associates through the years have helped to provide me with a blessed business.

My work ethics remain the same, BE KNOWLEDGABLE in every factor concerning someone’s home:

• Know the schools (Wake County Schools are constantly changing),
• Know the growth patterns in housing and roadways,
• Know the zoning, and
• Use a strong marketing strategy.

Personally

I’m proud to call both Raleigh and North Carolina my home for over 25 years now. I was born just across the North Carolina line in Virginia, and no I will not give a year.  My father was an insurance salesman turned real estate investor. I’ve been under mobile homes, in crawlspaces, at auctions, fixing/selling a variety of homes since I was young. My father’s love of the business was passed along to me.

I moved here from San Francisco where I was attending college and completed my education and graduated from North Carolina State University, Go Pack!

I’m a Christian woman who loves her Family, Friends, My Dog, all animals actually. I’m a fisherman, I enjoy photography, and I like golf but I’m no good!
